Ambr's Founding Story

We met while working together at Uber, where we saw high levels of workplace burnout and the impact this had on both businesses and individuals. This got us thinking about a wider problem related to burnout: poor organizational health. 

We started researching the different components of organizational health and how leadership teams and everyday managers could be better empowered to stay on top of them.

With Zoe's academic background in Organizational Psychology, Jamie's expertise in data science and analytics, and Steph's relentless customer focus - we decided that we wanted to build this product, which is where Ambr began.
